1. About Warranty
The main unit is covered by a 1-year warranty. Solar panels and other accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty. During the warranty period (calculated from the date of receipt), the official will bear the shipping cost for product quality issues. Self-disassembly, dropping, water damage, and other non-product quality issues are not covered by the warranty service.

2. About 7-Day Unconditional Return and Exchange
Returns and exchanges are supported within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The product must have no scratches on its appearance, be fully functional, and have undamaged packaging. The instruction manual and accessories must be complete. If there are any free gifts, they must be returned together with the product, otherwise, the cost of the free gift will be charged.

3. About 30-Day Return and Exchange
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, if there are quality issues, returns and exchanges are supported. The official will bear the return or exchange shipping fee. However, if it's due to personal reasons and the product has been received for more than 7 days, returns and exchanges are not supported. We appreciate your understanding.

4. About Refusal of Delivery
After the goods are shipped, any shipping fees incurred due to refund requests, refusal of delivery, or address changes for forwarding initiated by the buyer will be borne by the buyer.
